What's the difference between a gift hamper, a gift basket and a gift box?
We're glad you asked and we often get asked this question. By our definition, a gift hamper is a gift basket but presented in a box instead of a basket. It contains mostly food and / or drink items. Gift boxes, which is what Pop Box Gifts does, is a collection of beautifully put together gifts that are more related to self-care, wellness, health, beauty and home products.
Can I order my gift box in advance?
We are working on this, but at this stage, you are not able to provide a specific date for delivery. We can however, take your order in advance and hold your delivery until closer to the date you require. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to discuss this.
Do you do customised orders?
At Pop Box Gifts we offer a beautiful collection of curated gift boxes to make buying a gift, for someone you care about, a quick and easy decision making process.
However, if you would like to design your own custom gift box from our list of products, please use the Make Your Own Gift Box link in our header menu. Please note, an additional delivery fee is added for customised orders.

Do you do coporate gifting?
Yes, for any corporate gifts or bulk orders, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will discuss your order and help you find the perfect gift for your clients or staff.
What if no-one is home when the gift box is delivered?
Our gift boxes will be delivered locally by courier within a 5km radius of the Fremantle region, in W.A. If the recipient is not home, our courier will leave the gift box in a dry, safe place at the given address. If they are unable to do this, it will be taken back to our depot for local collection or you will be contacted to determine a best outcome. Outside of the local area, Australia Post is used for delivery. If it safe to do so, they will leave it in a safe place or the item can be collected at the recipient's local post office. How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is free for all curated gift boxes. If you are making your own gift box, there is a delivery fee that will be calculated and added at checkout. We offer standard and express delivery options for these. Please visit our delivery page for more information.
How many items can I include in my gift box if I make my own?
We recommend between 3 and 5 items be included in your gift box.
Can I leave a personal message for the recipient?
Yes, during the checkout process, you have the option to add a note card which will be printed with your personalised message. Don't forget to sign off with your name if you would like the recipient to know who the gift is from. If you don't choose a note card but leave a personal message, we will use the most suitable card that relates to your message.
Where do you source your products?
We like to support Australian businesses as much as possible, and therefore, where possible stock products that are Australian made or designed.
Are your products animal / cruelty free?
Yes, our policy is to source cruelty free products as much as we can.
Will you send a receipt or prices to the recipient?
We will assume that your Pop Box Gift purchase is gift and, therefore, will not include a receipt with your gift box or show any prices. A receipt, however will be electronically sent to your email.
