Where are you based?
Pop Box Gifts is an online gift delivery business based in Perth, however, we deliver our gift boxes Australia-wide.
What's the difference between a gift hamper, a gift basket and a gift box?
By our definition, a gift hamper is a gift basket but presented in a box instead of a basket. It contains mostly food and / or drink items. Gift boxes, which is what Pop Box Gifts does, is a collection of beautifully put together gifts that are more related to self-care, wellness, health, beauty and home products.
Can I order my gift box in advance?
Yes you can order your gift boxes in advance. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to discuss this.
Can I make my own gift box?
Yes. If you would like to pull together a custom gift box please visit our Make Your Own Gift Box page or use the link in our menu.
Do you do corporate gifting?
Yes, for any corporate gift boxes or bulk orders, please contact us directly at email@example.com. We will discuss your order and help you find the perfect gift for your clients or staff.
What if no-one is home when the gift box is delivered?
Our gift boxes will be delivered via Australia Post. If delivery is local to the Fremantle area, our courier will deliver. If the recipient is not home, our courier will leave the gift box in a dry, safe place at the given address. If they are unable to do this, it will be taken back to our depot for local collection or you will be contacted to determine a best outcome. Please visit our delivery page for more information
How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is free for all ready to go gift boxes. If you are making your own gift box, delivery is $12 standard or $16 express delivery. Please visit our delivery page for more information.
How many items can I include in my gift box if I make my own?
We recommend between 3 and 5 items be included in your gift box.
Can I leave a personal message for the recipient?
Yes, during the checkout process, you have the option to add a card that will be hand written with your personal message. Don't forget to sign off with your name if you would like the recipient to know who the gift is from. If you don't choose a note card but leave a message, we will use the most suitable card that relates to your message.
Where do you source your products?
As much as possible, we stock products that are Australian-made or designed in Australia. Our policy is to source cruelty free products as much as we can.
Will you send a receipt or prices to the recipient?
We will assume that your Pop Box Gift purchase is gift and, therefore, will not include a receipt with your gift box or show any prices. A receipt, however will be electronically sent to your email.
POP BOX GIFTS RETURNS POLICY
At Pop Box Gifts, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and to be confident that your gift purchase arrives safely and securely.
Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of receiving your gift box. Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if you feel there is cause for an exchange or refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We take every precaution in ensuring that gifts are packaged safely and securely so that they arrive to you in excellent condition. We use third party providers to deliver our products and are bound by their terms of service. If your item is not delivered on time, is lost or damaged in transit, or we are given the wrong address, we will do all we can to find a suitable outcome.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Standard delivery is free for all curated boxes over a $50 spend, Australia wide.
Delivery will be added if you would like to make your own gift box. Fees are $12 standard delivery and $16 express delivery. Delivery fees are Australia-wide.

How long does delivery take?
Perth Delivery - within 20km of the Fremantle area, gift boxes will be delivered same or next business day. Outside of this zone, gift boxes are sent Australia Post and will leave our business same or next business day. Express deliveries will take between 2 - 4 business days or 3 - 6 business days if sent standard post. Note, delays may be experienced because of COVID-19 so please allow a few extra days for delivery at this time.
Delivery outside of Perth metro area - gift boxes are sent Australia Post and will leave our business same or next business day. Delivery will depend on each state. To find out the latest delivery estimates, please the Australia Post website.
What if the recipient isn't home when the box is delivered?
Our gift boxes will be delivered locally by courier within a 20km radius of the Fremantle region, in W.A. If the recipient is not home, our courier will leave the gift box in a dry, safe place at the given address. If they are unable to do this, it will be taken back to our depot for local collection or you will be contacted to determine a best outcome. Outside of the local area, Australia Post is used for delivery. If it safe to do so, they will leave it in a safe place or the item can be collected at the recipient's local post office.
If you know your recipient will not be home at the time of delivery, you might like to consider sending the gift box to their workplace. If you have any further questions, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org

What days do you deliver?
We make deliveries during weekdays, except for public holidays. Exceptions are made for holiday times such as Valentine's Day, Mothers Day etc.
